At Khet Ratan, we are committed to delivering premium-quality dry fruits, nuts, seeds, berries, makhana, and healthy snacks. Due to the perishable nature of food products, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure product safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Returns & Refund
As our products are food items intended for human consumption, we generally do not accept returns & refund once an order has been delivered, except in the situations mentioned below.
Eligible Cases for Return & Refund
We will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if:
1. Damaged Product Received
The product packaging is damaged, torn, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
2. Incorrect Product Delivered
You receive a product different from the one ordered.
3. Missing Product
One or more items from your order are missing upon delivery.
4. Defective Product
The product appears spoiled, contaminated, or unfit for consumption within its shelf-life period when stored as per the recommended conditions.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

All requests are reviewed by our quality team.
Khet Ratan reserves the right to:
- Request additional information or photographs.
- Investigate the complaint before approval.
- Reject claims where evidence is insufficient or the issue is unrelated to product quality.
Refund Options
Upon approval, we may offer one of the following:
Store Credit
Store credit redeemable on future purchases.
Refund
Refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return, or refund:
- Products opened after delivery.
- Products consumed partially or fully.
- Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
- Promotional, clearance, or special offer products unless received damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
