At Khet Ratan, we understand that freshness matters. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched to ensure that your dry fruits, nuts, seeds, berries, makhana, and healthy snacks reach you in the best possible condition.

Our goal is to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience across India.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and packed after successful payment confirmation.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing timelines may be extended. Customers will be informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted logistics partners.

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value, as announced on our website from time to time.
  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

There are no hidden charges.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipment confirmation via email and/or SMS
  • Tracking details
  • Courier partner information

Customers can track their shipment status using the tracking information provided.


Packaging Standards

Every Khet Ratan order is packed with utmost care using food-grade packaging materials designed to:

  • Preserve freshness
  • Maintain product quality
  • Minimize transit damage
  • Protect products from moisture and contamination

Our packaging process follows strict hygiene and quality standards.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

  • If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order because you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
    If the order remains undelivered after all three attempts, it will be returned to us automatically.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed after deducting the two-way shipping charges.
  • For partial COD (cash on delivery) orders, the prepaid amount will not be refunded in case the parcel returns undelivered.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Repeated delivery failures

the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply before the order can be dispatched again.


Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to carefully review their shipping address and contact details before placing an order.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide:

1. A complete and accurate postal address, including PIN code
2. A valid contact number and email ID
3. We request you to double-check your details before confirming the order, as incorrect information may lead to delays or failed delivery.

Khet Ratan shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.


Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If the outer package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

  1. Take clear photographs before opening the package.
  2. Mention the issue to the delivery personnel, if possible.
  3. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational issues with courier partners

In such situations, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


International Shipping

Currently, Khet Ratan ships only within India.
